VMware Unexplained error

At last today i'm able to install Oracle 10g R2 RAC on VMware.
While preparing to install Oracle RAC on VMware (Windows as host OS), i got the below error.

thanks to Mr. Amrit Bera, for helping me with his blog to give the solution.
Below are the screen shots to resolve the above error.

Clink on Network and Sharing Center in the Windows start menu

Click on the VMware Network Adaptor VMnet1 as highlighted below

Click on properties

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and select properties

Enter the  Preferred DNS as IP address

Now open VMware after making the above changes.
Hope this will help you resolve the above error in VMware.
